The hotel is conveniently located, but not without its drawbacks. The rooms had some issues with cleanliness and odor, and the sweet spray used to cover it up wasn't ideal. On a positive note, the staff went out of their way to make my granddaughters feel welcome, which was a nice touch.

The hotel may not have had the greatest location, but it was very convenient with access to mall shopping areas and eateries if you preferred to avoid the hustle and bustle. The rooms were dark and very small, old, and nasty, which was a downside. The service was super friendly and immediately helpful, especially from the hotel manager, with friendly and polite interactions. The only acceptable thing about the dining was the good variety, including breakfast, though it lacked some essential items like scrambled eggs, sausage, and bacon. The facilities were okay overall, but not exceptional.

I had a bit of a mixed experience at this hotel. While the location was excellent, with easy access to downtown and a variety of stores and restaurants, there were some issues with the cleanliness and service. The rooms were spacious and had a great view, but the odd smell and dirty carpet were a major downside. However, the parking arrangement allowed us to keep an eye on our vehicle, providing some peace of mind.
